Welcome to the Cork County Council On-line Submissions System for Draft Planning Policy Documents

The system has been set up to help the public in making submissions or observations on draft planning policy documents that it has made available for public consultation including County Development Plans, Local Area Plans and other draft planning documents. By using this system, rather than submitting their observations in paper form, the public are helping the County Council to improve the effectiveness and efficiency with which the issues raised in the submissions are addressed
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FACILITY IS FOR MAKING SUBMISSIONS TO DRAFT PLANNING POLICY DOCUMENTS ONLY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS SITE IS NOT FOR MAKING OBSERVATIONS/SUBMISSIONS ON INDIVIDUAL PLANNING APPLICATIONS

TO MAKE YOUR SUBMISSION TO DRAFT PLANNING POLICY DOCUMENTS, FIRST SELECT THE RELEVANT PLAN OR OTHER CONSULTATION DOCUMENT FROM THE LIST BELOW

If you experience any difficulty in using this system the County Council’s Planning Policy Unit will be pleased to help:

Please Note:
Cork County Council will use information & material included and submitted through this site directly in reports prepared in relation to the relevant plan or other consultation document.
It may be necessary, in the preparation of reports addressing the issues raised in submissions, for the County Council, without notice, to adapt or paraphrase information submitted by the public.
Future communication to users of this e-service will be sent by e-mail to addresses provided and no postal communication will be issued.
Whilst the County Council has made every effort to ensure the smooth operation of this system, congestion can occur at busy times particularly close to the closing date for submissions.
To avoid difficulties users are recommended to make their submissions well in advance of the closing date for the receipt of submissions.
